Screen & Intervene is supported by the Center for Excellence on Addiction, which is committed to expanding SBIRT as a standard practice across settings in New Hampshire. The Center is available to assist by individualizing consultation and training, offered both in person and virtually. Successful SBIRT implementation typically includes the utilization of a series of trainings customized to your target population, setting, and to each stage of the process – Screening Tool(s) and Process, Brief Intervention/ Motivational Interviewing techniques, and Referral for further assessment or Treatment. Training and consultation will support your team to successfully adopt and adapt the S·BI·RT process for your setting and population.
